Reporting Results and Cancelations

After a player has reported a wager result, the other player will have 1 hour to verify or dispute the wager. If the result is not verified or disputed, the system will automatically grade the wager based on the initial wager report. If no match result is received within 2 hours, the wager will be considered null and void, and both players will be refunded.

General Site Rules

Rules apply to all matches unless agreed upon by both players Any rules not stated in the “Pre-Match Rules” will not be considered in the event of a dispute. “Glitches” used in gameplay could lead to an unfavorable decision in the event of a dispute. Custom Rosters and Custom Players are not allowed unless specifically states in the “Pre-Match Rules” Guest play is not allowed unless otherwise specified in the “Pre-Match Rules” or in communication with opponent via GamerWall messaging. If lag is present during gameplay the game must be exited at the start of the game or at a point in the game where neither player has a clear advantage. If you continue to play with lag, it will not be considered in any dispute. Intentional lagging will be considered cheating. Any point spreads must be mutually agreed to via GamerWall messaging or in the “Pre-Match Rules”. If both players do not agree, and a dispute is made, the wager will be considered a tie and both players will be refunded their money less the GamerWall Fee.

Disputes

After a match is completed and one player has verified the match outcome, the other player will have the option to dispute the outcome. For any dispute to be considered, VIDEO EVIDENCE must be submitted. If a game is continued after a Rule or Settings violation, the dispute will not be considered. If you wait until your opponent has an advantage before exiting the game, your dispute will not be considered. There are no automatic victories on The GamerWall. You cannot win a wager that has not been played. If you intentionally exit a match while losing or the game is tied and you cannot show evidence of wrongdoing by the other player, you will lose the wager. We take honesty and integrity very seriously at The GamerWall, if your account is consisntely appearing in disputes or complaints, we will take action up to fining and/or suspending your account. Providing false information whether in game or in dispute in order to gain an advantage will be enforced by the full extent of the law.

Cheating

If a rule or setting has been broken and the match is deemed close (1 score, 1 run, 1 goal, tied, etc)and as long as the game is exited immediately, the offending player will concede the wager. If the match is played past the point of the violation then the match will be considered a draw and players will be refunded their money less GamerWall’s fee.

Decisions

All rulings by GamerWall are considered final and binding. We take cheating seriously and will have a very low tolerance for such behavior. If you do not consent to The GamerWall’s decision authority, do NOT wager.

Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection, it is incumbent on the players to start a new game, add the score and time from the disconnected game, and finish the game. If you continue to play past the point of the disconnected game, the final score will be considered valid. All point spreads will be considered with the disconnected game. If you get disconnected and start a new game and there is an issue with where the last game left off (points, time, yardline, etc) the game must be exited immediately. You must provide evidence to The GamerWall and we will make a decision based on that evidence. Disconnections are frequently used to gain an advantage, we consider this in the same light as cheating. If a player does not make a good faith effort to continue a disconnected game and he was at a disadvantage, he MAY forfeit the match. Likewise, excessive grieving can be used frequently as an advantage. If you are found to be excessively grieving it can result in an unfavorable decision in regards to disputes.

Basic Game Rules

Unless otherwise states in “Pre-Match Rules” the following will be enforced for games:

Madden

• Any blocked FGs or PATs will be added to the final score
• No blocking punts
• No fake punts or field goals (rule void if attempted and failed)
• No onside kicks except in situations deemed reasonable by The GamerWall
• Pausing the game to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited
• Fatigue is on
• Even Teams Off
• Chew Clock is Legal
• No custom playbooks
• NO NANO BLITZES!

NBA2k

• Efforts to draw fouls using un-reasonable pump fakes will be considered a rules violation.
• If you pause timer runs out when you are tied or losing, you will concede the wager. Exceptions to this rule can occur when the pause timer runs out while a player is attempting to gather evidence (that evidence must be submitted and valid).

FIFA

• If the game is a draw, a new game must be started and played.

Is GamerWall legal?

GamerWall facilitates skill based gaming which is legal in most states. If you reside in Alaska, Arizona, Delaware, Maryland, or Tennessee you may not participate in skill based gaming for cash prizes.

How much does GamerWall cost?

We charge a 10% fee per game played.

How old do you have to be to use GamerWall?

Must be 18 years old and up.

I played a game and won? Where are my funds?

After a game is played, your opponent has 1 hour to submit their results. Within the hour, the funds will be credited to your account as long as a dispute was not filed.

How do I withdraw my funds?

In your wallet you can request a withdrawal. We will contact you at the time of your request to set up specific details. Minimum withdrawal amount is $25. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your withdrawal.

What games do we support?

Currently we support FIFA, Madden, NBA2k, COD, Rocket League, and Overwatch. These are currently only supported in 1v1 format. We will be adding more games and more gaming formats soon.

How do I create a wager?

It’s simple, just click the create wager button. Decide if you want to challenge a specific user or post an “open” wager onto the wall. Once your opponent accepts you have two hours to complete the game. If no outcome is reported in two hours, the match will be considered a draw and funds will be returned to both players.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. We use Stripe to process our credit card transactions. We also accept PayPal transactions.

What if my opponent pulls the plug?

If there is a disconnection in a game, it is up to BOTH players to actively attempt to reconnect immediately and finish the game where it left off. If a player does not make an effort to re-connect, this can lead to an unfavorable decision for them in the event of a dispute.

What evidence do I need in the event of a dispute?

When on GamerWall, you should always record your game using your preferred recording/broadcast service. Make sure that these are available on a public URL so that GamerWall can use this evidence in a dispute.

What is XP?

Experience points are ways to gain more prizes by being an active user on the site. You can start collecting xp by:

• Depositing money into your account
• Accepting an open match on the wall
• Winning a match
• Reporting your match losses in time
• Referring a friend to GamerWall
• Sharing your matches on social media
